One platform, built from a base bundle + add-ons
VallTel does not sell competing “plans.” Every customer gets the same capabilities; your monthly total is based on
a base package (first number, first extension, and voicemail) plus the add-ons you need:
extra extensions (each includes voicemail), optional IVR with text-to-speech and the self-service menu editor,
and each additional 10DLC (long code) number you add for routing to extensions or menus.

How it adds up
Start with the base bundle. For each new team member who needs their own extension and voicemail,
add an extension add-on. When you want callers to hear a branded greeting and press digits for sales,
support, or directories, add the IVR menu option. Every extra 10DLC you assign for
advertising, departments, or direct-dial DIDs adds its own monthly line item—each one independently routable in the portal.
